The story

Every morning for the last thirty years, my mother has done this. Four steps. Tongue scraper, sesame oil, neem-wood brush with herbal powder, water rinse. Then the day starts.

When I moved to Australia for nursing school, I kept doing it. It's the only ritual that follows me from one country to another. Last year, the West discovered oil pulling on TikTok — sold in plastic bottles with synthetic mint, then the brand that taught the world disappeared. The thing they were teaching was real. The way they were selling it was not.

So my best friend in Delhi and I went to the families who actually do this work. Hand-finished copper from Moradabad. Sesame oil cold-pressed in Old Delhi. A neem-wood toothbrush from a plastic-free workshop in Karnataka. Tooth powder from an ayurvedic herbal blender whose family has been mixing for generations.

Will this replace my toothpaste?

Is the oil safe to swallow?

Don't swallow the pulling oil — spit it into the bin (not the sink, it can block drains over time). The 30-day card deck walks you through exactly what to do on day one.

Will I really see a difference in 14 days?

Most people notice freshness and tongue clarity by day 7. Brightening of teeth is a 30-day arc. If you don't notice a difference by day 14, contact us for a full refund — keep the scraper.
